At the beginning of 2014, our company launched a modern plating line for plastics. It is the most modern line of such type in Poland and one of the most modern ones in Europe.
Line frequency amounts to 6 minutes. As a result, a set of 126 special tubs has been developed.
The galvanic coating process allows to chrome plate parts and components from ABS and PC/ABS polymers. What is important is that the very process of electroplating can be intermittent — parts can be additionally digested by laser (the so-called ” day and night design “) to come back later for further coating. Such solution has not been yet applied in the case of plants of a similar profile anywhere in Poland.
