Information clause for contracting parties

In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 26, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Processing Regulation) I want to inform that:

  1. Your Database Administrator is “KLG” Ltd. with its registered seat in Bydgoszcz on 37 Smoleńska Street (KRS no. 0000219453), 85-871 Bydgoszcz, contact phone no. 52 363 96 00, e-mail: office@klg.pl;
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator in order to perform the contract, undertake activities before signing the contract and to collect receivables resulting from the contract, and also to pursue claims, do bookkeeping, receive financing and carry out investments, conclude insurance contracts and protect legally justified interests of the Administrator;
  3. Processing of your personal data takes place based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the mentioned Regulation in the scope of performing and concluding a contract and based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the mentioned Regulation as necessary for the purposes resulting from legally justified interests conducted by the Administrator (i.e. collecting receivables resulting from the contract signed);
  4. Recipients of your personal data will be the accounting – bookkeeping office, law firm, entities participating in performance of the contract, including salesmen, carriers, freight forwarders, overnight shipping companies, as well as public institutions, factoring companies, lessors, banks and insurers;
  5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years / or when data is processed based on a legally justified interest conducted by the Administrator, the processing period lasts until ceasing of such interest (e.g. limitation period of civil-legal claims related to the contracts signed);
  6. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, to correct or remove them or restrict their processing, the right to object their processing, and the right to transfer data;
  7. You have the right lodge a complaint with a supervisory body;
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however failure to provide them will prevent signing or performance of the contract.
